Team Leader Day Shifts
15 per hour 34 shifts per week

Are you an experienced Senior Carer ready to take the next step in your career


Our client a warm and welcoming nursing home set within several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds is currently seeking a Team Leader to support daytoday care delivery for older adults living with residential and dementia needs.

The Team Leader will play a key part in guiding care staff ensuring high standards of care are maintained throughout the day. You will support residents physical and emotional wellbeing while promoting independence and choice. As a leader on shift youll act as a role model and provide supervision and guidance to your team.

What Youll Need

  • A minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant or above
  • Confidence in leading a team and making informed care decisions
  • A compassionate professional and proactive approach
  • Commitment to supporting older adults including those living with dementia

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise care teams during day shifts
  • Support with care planning and daily decisionmaking
  • Administer or oversee medication in line with policies and training
