Calling all Grounds Maintenance Operatives in Malvern!
Platform Property Care has a permanent position for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Grounds Maintenance Team basedin Malvern covering our Estates and communities in Worcestershire. This is an ideal role for someone who loves working outdoors and creating great looking environments for our customers.
What could you be doing
You will be responsible for looking afterthe green areas in and around our estates. Your duties willinclude tractor and pedestrian grass maintenance brush cutting/strimming hedge cutting shrub pruning planting weeding and litter picking.

- Basic salary of 26319per annum
- Additional payment of 564 per annum*
- Permanent contract with work all year round

Some things we need from you:
- Youll be motivated and passionate about making a difference to our external landscape
- Youll have a full UK driving licence this is essential as it is a mobile role
- You will needto live within commutable distance of our Newlands Malvern depot.
- You will really enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Youll have a good Health & Safety knowledge
- And have some relevant grounds maintenance/ gardening/horticultural skills experience or qualifications
The working pattern for this role is a permanentannualised contract:
Summer (March November) 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
Winter (December February) 32.5 hours a week Monday to Friday

*26883 is made up of your base salary of 26319 per annum and an additional payment of 564 per annum.
This role is mobile so it is essential you have a current valid driving licence. Unfortunately we cannot progress applications from applicants who do not hold this.
