Senior Backend Engineer
Compensation: $130000$170000 plus equity. Comprehensive benefits package included.
Minimum Experience Required: 5 years of backend development experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

Were seeking a visionary Senior Backend Engineer to help us architect scalable and reliable systems.
Your Mission: As a Senior Backend Engineer your expertise will shape our architecture and mentor junior developers. Youll be at the forefront of our technical innovation ensuring our systems are robust and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable highperformance backend systems that meet user needs and business requirements.
Lead technical projects from conception to deployment ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and practices fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
Qualifications:
5 years of backend development experience with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills.
Expert knowledge of Python Go or Java with a solid understanding of database design and optimization principles.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with microservices architecture to enhance system modularity and scalability.
Background in hightraffic applications to ensure performance under load and reliability.
