Our client an established firm in the Asia Pacific region for over 50 years and a regional provider dedicated to sustainable integrated solutions in data management security printing card solutions and digital transformation is seeking an IT Security Advisor with experience in Presales and the latest security products to join their Hong Kong office.
The experience Security Advisor will focus on Security Solutions and Operations to bolster our clients cybersecurity defenses. In this role you will be responsible for leading cybersecurity product initiatives ensuring secure operations and overseeing solution implementation. Working closely with various teams and suppliers you will manage information security products and adhere to stringent security policies to support our clients business objectives.
The role is based in the Kwun Tong Office.
Your Role:
- Manage a range of network security technologies including virtual networking Firewalls Application Security SDWAN and cloud platforms.
- Architect and document cybersecurity infrastructure and network blueprints.
- Enhance information security product offerings to meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on cybersecurity risks and recommend technological countermeasures.
- Develop security protocols to strengthen clients IT frameworks and protect data assets.
- Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and suggest innovative solutions.
- Engage in presales activities for Information Security products.
- Ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Your Credentials:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 6 years in IT with at least 3 years focused on Network Security and Cybersecurity.
- Experience in the IT security field with certifications such as CISSP OSCP CEH GCIH or equivalent.
- Familiarity with information security management frameworks like ISO 27001 NIST ITIL PCI DSS.
- Proficiency in conducting gap assessments data privacy compliance evaluations and audits.
- Experience with security technologies like Firewalls SIEM IPS Antimalware Threat Monitoring and cloud security is advantageous.
- Strong expertise in Network Security Infrastructure Cyber Security SDWAN Application Security and Remote Access VPN.
