Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and passionate English Literature Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate should have a Masters degree in English or a related field and a strong command over classic and modern literary works. You will be expected to inspire students foster analytical and creative thinking and instill a deep appreciation for literature.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and wellstructured lessons in English Literature.
Teach poetry drama prose and literary analysis with a studentcentered approach.
Prepare lesson plans assignments tests and project work as per the curriculum.
Foster reading habits discussion and critical interpretation in the classroom.
Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment.
Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Participate in school functions staff meetings and training sessions.
Encourage students in extracurricular literary activities such as debates elocutions and writing competitions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Master s Degree in English Literature or a related subject (mandatory).
Experience: 2 years experience is required.
Strong command of the English language communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
