Job Description
Be part of our client s team as an IT Client Solutions Manager leading client onboarding and ensuring operational readiness by aligning technical needs with IT standards. Oversee scoping costing licensing and delivery planning while coordinating with internal teams to manage transitions streamline service delivery and handle client escalations effectively.

Your Daily Tasks
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Lead the technical onboarding of new clients including scoping planning and executing IT setup and service integration
- Align client IT requirements with Emaptas service offerings ensuring realistic timelines and cost transparency
- Act as the primary technical contact and advocate for assigned clients maintaining proactive communication and trust
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements across infrastructure support and service delivery
Solution Design & Technical Scoping:
- Collaborate with internal IT teams (infrastructure cloud security) to design and deliver tailored IT solutions
- Ensure proposed solutions meet both client requirements and Emapta s technical standards
- Evaluate IT costing models licensing structures and delivery timelines; present clear proposals to stakeholders
Project & Service Delivery Oversight:
- Oversee and coordinate IT onboarding projects (e.g. infrastructure provisioning tool setup access control endpoint configuration)
- Monitor delivery milestones manage escalations and ensure smooth service transitions to operations
- Manage SLA compliance including root cause analysis and implementation of improvement plans
Team Coordination & CrossFunctional Alignment:
- Partner with sales operations and internal IT teams to align handovers expectations and delivery plans
- Lead internal governance meetings to review client performance and service metrics
- Maintain uptodate documentation in the IT Knowledge Management System (KMS) in coordination with IT Service Excellence
Reporting & Improvement:
- Report regularly on client health engagement and delivery KPIs through Monthly Service Delivery Reports (MSDR)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on processes quality assurance and client satisfaction
Other Responsibilities:
- Recommend and lead process improvement initiatives and optimize underperforming workflows
- Perform additional administrative or nonadministrative tasks as assigned through written or verbal instructions
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field
Experience:
- At least 5 years in a clientfacing IT delivery or IT solutions architect role within the offshoring or BPO industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure licensing security standards and enterprise tools
- Experience working with clients in ANZ APAC and/or North America with a strong understanding of their business and technical needs
- Proficient in IT cost modeling budgeting and contract scoping
- Skilled in project management and familiar with service delivery frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in AWS Azure ITIL PMP or Agile are a plus
- Proven ability to design and implement complex IT solutions using industry best practices
- Strong presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
