Remote Client FollowUp Coordinator EntryLevel Work from Home No Experience or Degree Needed

This remote role puts you in charge of setting up and maintaining those kinds of systems for online businesses. No calls. No sales. No design work. What the Role Entails
As a Client FollowUp Coordinator your job is to ensure that no lead goes ignored. Youll use automation tools to build workflows that keep prospects moving through a funnelfrom initial signup to booked call to confirmation. Everything is prebuiltyoull just be connecting the pieces and configuring the logic.

Responsibilities
Build Automated FollowUp Workflows
Connect form submissions to a CRM
Trigger automated email and text messages based on lead behavior
Schedule booking links and followup reminders for unbooked contacts
Maintain Contact Flow Logic
Apply tags based on user actions (clicked ignored booked noshowed)
Set rules that guide leads through followup steps automatically
Clean up logic loops that could result in missed or repeated messages
Test and amp; Troubleshoot Systems
Simulate the full lead journey and test every touchpoint
Fix issues like duplicate reminders missing tags or inactive links
Adjust message timing for better engagement
