Robotics Process Analyst Sr:

You will be working on a hybrid schedule as part of Fidelitys dynamic working arrangement.

Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

How Youll Make An Impact:

RPA Analyst Sr. is responsible for supporting the creation and evolution of the RPA delivery framework mentoring other process developers and provide technical oversight delivering automated processes. They would contribute to the development of the RPA program by building relationships across the business to identify design and implement effective

solutions for process optimization. The individual would support production operations and

monitoring of RPA processes and communicate results to relevant business stakeholders.


What You Will Do:

  • Provide a superior level of experience and knowledge of the automation solution and associated methodology to support colleagues through all phases of the RPA delivery lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior colleagues by providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.
  • Provide architectural control over solution design to ensure consistency and continuity across the companys delivery teams.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including IT business analysts and process owners to ensure successful implementation of RPA projects.
  • Oversight of Blue Prism control room including scheduling and starting processes ensuring the stability of the RPA environment investigating any issues in the production processes and raising change requests or support calls where required.
  • Research build and design artificial intelligence and machine learning systems for use in classification and predictive models.
  • Apply artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to process structured semistructured and unstructured documents.


The Expertise You Bring:

Must have:

  • University degree in Computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of relevant working experience and an understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Have integrated RPA with API/Web service development and test skills.
  • Have built end to end automation using RPA applications and tools.
  • Have built solutions that included NLP / OCR / AI tools.
  • Have UAT experience with development of RPA solutions.
  • RPA certification (Blue Prism preferred).

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of programming (C# Visual Basic) mapping processes (Visio) SQL and relational databases with a specific focus on developing robots.
  • Experience with Text Analytics OCR Natural Language Processing (NLP) Machine Learning Deep Learning and Intelligent Document Processing.
  • Development experience along with process engineering background
  • Knowledge of infrastructure/architecture required to support RPA related products.
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms and data analytics (Power BI Tableau).
  • ABBYY Kofax or other IDP certification.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Mutual fund industry knowledge is an asset.
  • Awareness of standard SDLC processes (e.g. agile waterfall etc. and change control
  • Disciplines.
  • Ability to blend business analysis with technical skillset to develop efficient processes.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business needs and translating to RPA solution that can be used with existing business systems.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills with a particular focus on translating technical concepts into business value terms.
  • Can build RPA solutions with AI tools i.e. OCR/ICR NLP type applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of Robotic Operating Models.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership and strategic thinking.
  • History of successful delivery of business transformation or IT programs.
