About the Job

Our Retail District Managers are a highly engaged team driving new opportunities and experienceswithin store leading high performing teams who exceed objectives and exude passion for the Bath &Bodyworks product and mission. As our North focused Retail District Manager you will be required totravel between our 24 Northern based locations.

What you will be doing

People

  • Provides leadership & acts in line with company expectations
  • Builds strong working relationships with store teams and all BBW stakeholders
  • Actively looks for opportunities to self develop and learn from new experiences
  • Guides and supports the Senior Retail District Manager and Store Managers
  • Recruits the best candidates and coaches them for success
  • Develops and inspires a motivated team who drive business objectives and exceed KPIs

  • Supports the wellbeing and fair treatment of the team ensuring all have the sameopportunities

Product

  • Know the product create passion and excitement around each new launch and ensure thiscascades to the team
  • Support the store teams to ensure VM guidelines are executed well in order to maximisesales
  • Investigate feedback and follow up any stock issues the store teams may have so that thestores look full and abundant at all times
  • Ensure that stores are well maintained with all equipment in working order and free ofdamage
  • Provide insights into which promotions work and why with the B&M team
  • Liaise with marketing teams to ensure all marketing is available and clearly displayedfeedback any issues with marketing in store

Profit

  • Selling is the key and all BBW associates must consistently demonstrate the behaviours toWin at all times to maximise sales
  • Remains focussed on developing the BBW brand by always looking for opportunities to growprofit
  • Provides regular feedback to all stakeholders and looks for opportunities to drive thebusiness forward
  • Analyses sales figures to identify anomalies and reacts quickly to lesser performing locations
  • Achieves high commercial standards through the team and displays a strong competitorawareness
  • Facilitates change across the locations minimising any disruptions
  • Accommodates and responds to emerging hot topics and new priorities with ease
  • Challenges current practices systems products and services and comes up with ideas toimprove the business
  • Makes good decisions based on facts and information and takes action promptly
  • Develops ideas into workable concepts by liaising with Head Office departments andstakeholders
  • Clearly presents the benefits of ideas and anticipates obstacles and objections.
