E&I Engineer Refinery / Petrochemical Projects
Beaumont TX
We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer to support major capital projects in a refinery/petrochemical environment. This role is responsible for the design specification and field support of electrical and instrumentation systems throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop E&I designs technical specifications and scopes of work for capital and turnaround projects.
Ensure compliance with NEC API ISA and client engineering standards.
Provide field engineering support during construction commissioning and startup phases.
Review and approve vendor documents drawings and equipment specifications.
Coordinate with crossdiscipline engineering teams project managers and site operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5 years of E&I engineering experience in refinery or petrochemical environments.
Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution instrumentation and control systems.
EPC project experience required.
Proficient in AutoCAD ETAP and other relevant software tools.
Must be commutable distance to Beaumont
