RemotelymonitorscustomerserviceskillsofallcustomerservicerepresentativestoensurequalitycallhandlingaccuratecodinginCRSandappropriatedocumentation.
CompletesestablishedmonitoringobjectivesinaccordancewithapplicableSOPs.
ProvideswrittenandoralfeedbacktotheRepsonallcallsmonitored.
Completesdailystatisticalreportsandspreadsheetsaccordingtostandardprocedure.
CompletesQualityControlReportsasassignedonadailybasismakescorrectionstoCRSwhenerrorsexistanddocumentsthecontact.
Attendsmonthlydepartmentmeetingstocalibratemonitoringmeasurements.
NotifiesmanagementimmediatelyofseriousinfractionsinaCustomerServiceRepresentativescallquality.
FollowsallclientSOPsandapplicableworkrelatedguidancedocuments.
ResponsibilitiesmayincludetakingSupervisorycallsandescalations
