Job Title: ANNUAL AND PERENNIAL SALES SPECIALIST Full Time

ROLE SUMMARY
Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations. Provide exceptional service to clients and customers who seek to create beautiful and unique outdoor spaces. As an Annual and Perennial Sales Specialist you will serve as a key ambassador for our brand promoting our premium products and assisting clients in selecting the perfect annuals perennials containers and various landscape items to suit their needs. This role involves providing expert horticultural advice and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for all customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Provide personalized consultative service to customers understanding their landscaping needs and guiding them through product selection. Ensure a luxurious shopping experience from greeting to postpurchase.
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the companys extensive product range including the characteristics care and maintenance of various plants including annuals perennials and tropical plants as well as retail shop and dcor items.
Create an elevated shopping experience by delivering expert advice offering design suggestions and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Actively drive sales through product recommendations upselling highend items and crossselling complementary products such as landscaping accessories planters and soil treatments.
Maintain the stores aesthetic standards ensuring the products are welldisplayed and organized in alignment with the companys luxury branding.
Educate clients on the unique qualities and benefits of various annuals and perennials proper care techniques and the value of investing in highend landscaping products.
Cultivate strong relationships with repeat customers ensuring their future needs are met and maintaining high customer retention.
Work cohesively with other sales associates and the management team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals and contribute to store initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in highend horticultural retail sales or landscaping.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build trust and rapport with discerning clients.
Strong sales acumen with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Strong plant knowledge especially of regional annuals and perennials.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds bend and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor embodying the highend nature of the brand.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary commensurate with experience: $31/hour $35/hour
