Job Description
Overview
This position is currently listed as full time 36 hours/week). We are also open to weekend days only (Saturday & Sunday).
Talent Pool: Certified Nursing Assistant
Responsibilities
Maintains a clean and safe patient environment by ensuring proper infection control measures restocking supplies and organizing patient rooms.
Documents patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records including vital signs medications administered and patient observations.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care including reporting any changes in patient condition to the appropriate personnel.
Participates in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in patient care techniques and procedures.
Adheres to all organizational policies procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
