Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a communitybased behavioral health services contract administration in Tarrant County TX. This role serves as the primary liaison between contracted providers and Tarrant County Juvenile Services ensuring compliance facilitating communication and managing program deliverables to enhance service quality for vulnerable populations.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration Social Services or related field (Masters preferred).
- Experience:
- Contract or program management in behavioral health social services or similar fields.
- Familiarity with HIPAA confidentiality standards and compliance requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in documentation management report coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational problemsolving and multitasking abilities; excellent verbal/written communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for Tarrant County Juvenile Services
- Oversee contract compliance including staff credentials background checks and program fidelity
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of all required reports (progress notes discharge summaries outcome data)
- Facilitate communication between clinicians County staff and other stakeholders
- Address and resolve any service delivery issues or concerns raised by the County
- Participate in meetings with County representatives as required
- Manage documentation and ensure confidentiality and data security
- Support clinicians in meeting program requirements and deadlines
