This position is responsible for the planning and supervision of all activities associated with the Purchasing Annuity/Automotive and Budget units within the Pennsylvania Lottery. In this leadership role you will perform a full range of supervisory duties over the Purchasing Annuity/ Automotive and Budget units. This position supervises plans organizes assigns and evaluates the daily activities of the Purchasing division which is responsible for processing order requests working with the Department of General Services (DGS) and Lottery staff for bids on larger orders preparing shopping carts for work by vendors on state contract and processing the goods receipt. Additionally you will oversee the Annuity/Automotive section which is responsible for handling all requests by annuity winners and communicating with the insurance companies about changes or requests. Overseeing the Budget Division which handles financial related matters for the retailers will be included in your duties. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement policy and procedures for Purchasing Annuity Automotive and Budget.
