Job Description
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
Sunflower Lab is a leading USbased software development company. We are looking for extremely smart and talented people to join our team in Vadodara Gujarat as AI Engineer. Our current team strength is 120 and we have completed 300 projects and counting. Our widerange capabilities have opened up horizons for us to create products and services for sectors like Health Care Finance Real Estate Manufacturing Telecommunication Oil & Gas Event & Entertainment etc.
Responsibilities:
Design build and deploy AIbased workflows and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for diverse business use cases.
Develop and manage AI Agentbased systems using frameworks like LangChain Autogen and CrewAI.
Create and automate workflow integrations using tools like n8n Vapi and RelevanceAI.
Translate complex technical concepts into simple engaging demos and explainer videos for internal and external audiences.
Independently learn and adopt new AI tools and frameworks as needed.
Storyboard script and produce short video content showcasing developed AI solutions.
Maintain documentation for workflows tools used and best practices.
Actively contribute ideas solve problems quickly and adapt in a fastchanging environment.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python (advanced level).
Handson experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain Autogen and CrewAI.
Practical knowledge of workflow automation tools like n8n Vapi and RelevanceAI.
Minimum 2 years of experience building automations using AI Agents.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to translate technical concepts into simple engaging demos and video content.
Experience in storyboarding scripting and creating technical video content.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous fastpaced environments.
Selfmotivated and proactive in learning and adopting new technologies.
