Job Description

Our client is a national company that develops and constructs multfamily apartmentcommunities. They are looking for a Construction Manager with a good job record and a strong background in Construction Management with a strong preference for multifamily construction. This person will eventually work their way up to be a Corporate Construction Manager to handle new projects planning budgets etc. Must have management background in high volume home/apartment construction and must have managed crews budgets timing and all aspects of multifamily or high volume residential construction.
