A dynamic nationally recognized boutique litigation firm is growing and they are looking for talented Associate Attorneys with 26 years of civil defense litigation experience to join their team.
At this firm associates arent just case managers they are strategic partners trusted by clients and respected by colleagues. If you thrive on responsibility collaboration and sophisticated litigation work this is the opportunity for you.
What Youll Do:
- Handle a broad range of litigation matters from complex commercial disputes to personal injury claims
- Manage discovery depositions client communications and court appearances
- Draft pleadings motions and legal memoranda
- Support trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings
- Work directly with experienced litigation partners and clients across the country
What Were Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active admission in Connecticut (required); additional bar admissions are a plus
- 26 years of relevant civil defense litigation experience
- Excellent research writing and case management skills
- Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures
- A proactive motivated and teamoriented mindset
