Technical/ Functional Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- High level of business acumen and internal organization knowledge (Organization processes teams) and ability to formalize clearly business requirements
- Ability to understand the motivation levers for key stakeholders based on benefits to be realized
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal at various levels of the organization
- Ability to navigate in highly complex environments and agility to swiftly adapt while keeping targets in sight
- Ability to clearly position accountability of Global Team members for avoiding overlapping
- Ability to simply explain to core business stakeholders progression challenges risks and impacts
Education Professional Qualifications and Experience
- At least 8 years experience and knowledge on Transformation innovation and/or strategic program management
- At least 5 years experience managing teams with a high level of autonomy
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds nationalities and levels
- Experience working within an Agile framework is a plus

We are looking for our future Products & Services Product Manager F/M to join AXA Partners.
Context of the Product & Services perimeter:
- P&S perimeter covers:
- Setup phase: all the flow from contract and product creation and design to their operational implementation through Services.
- Implementation phase:all the flow from the partners customer identification to the data needed to select the right provider to be sent to the customer.
- The related macroprocesses concerned are:
- Customer identification: integration of data and operational process by assistance agents for identifying the customer.
- Diagnosis of the customer: identifying the customer situation if he is covered and what are the preferred services to offer the best experience.
- The related technical assets are:
- ICVC: Partners customer data repository.
- Computable Contract: Terms and Conditions modelling for identifying coverage.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Create and drive the vision of Products & Services in line with AXAs strategic priorities and transmit it to the P&S team sponsors & stakeholders with enthusiasm and empathy
- Work together with sponsors and key stakeholders of P&S (Operations UW Legal Commercial Transformation & IT teams) on defining the ambition of P&S and the right KPIs to track progress towards automation standardization and customer satisfaction
- Lead the offer standardization stream in AXA Partners aiming at maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction by bringing existing initiatives together and leveraging available technology
- Steer the Products & Services Global Product Owners towards the maximization of the value of their products and supporting Technological Assets (ICVC Computable Contacts Product Studio & the Unique Contract Repository)
- Define the P&S Team structure and investment priorities needed to meet the ambition and secure the right budget for it
- Support the Products & Services team members to develop their strengths maximize their productivity and ultimately grow in their careers
- Develop and set up the Products & Services governance system globally and locally considering technology and tools people and skills processes and projects.
- Be a partner with the Computable Contracts team in AXA GO in building products that are in line with specific AXA Partners needs and strategy and at the same time can drive transformation across the insurance industry
- Continuously explore the market for innovations that can be applied to the Products & Services value chain and develop new partnerships when relevant
