Hiring Call Center Customer Service Representatives!

Location:San Antonio TX 100 Remote must be local to San Antonio)
Pay Rate:$15.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
(Includes a 1hour lunch and two 15minute breaks)

Position Summary:

We are hiring Call Center Customer Service Representatives to support debit account inquiries in a fastpaced fully remote call center environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team while providing worldclass service from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with questions and troubleshooting related to debit accounts
  • Navigate and work across multiple systems efficiently and accurately
  • Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Apply coaching and feedback to improve performance
  • Recommend relevant products or services based on customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (phone or inperson)
  • Must be local to San Antonio TX
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM or higherwith 70 accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive teamoriented attitude and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and sitting for extended periods
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently

Work Environment:

  • 100 remote
  • Reliable internet and a quiet distractionfree workspace required
