Your Role
- Testing manual end to end tasks on Portuguese and English making sureproduct adheres to the needed standards
- Work on tight deadlines when needed and be able to multi task
- Report issues found following internal guidelines with internal tools
- Work as a team being able to share tasks when needed and communicate constantly with the rest of the team
- Work on Automation testing when needed
What Were Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
- 14 years of experience in translation and/or language QA.
- BA language linguistic degree or equivalent degree
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as a team in a fastpaced environment
- Expert in cultural awareness (pop formal geopolitical) and good understanding of user base of the target local
- Strong attention to detail in spotting spelling grammatical UI audio defects
- Experienced user of mobile wearables and home technologies
- Experience with ticketing systems and technical support documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured onsite work model with day shifts.
- Good and demonstrated relevant work experience
