Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior Mainframe Developer to lead and execute complex card migration projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless transition and optimization of mainframe applications directly contributing to the organizations strategic objectives by enhancing system performance and reliability. The successful candidate will drive development efforts mentor junior developers and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.

Overall Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and implementation of mainframe applications with a focus on card migration projects.
- Analyze existing card systems to develop effective migration strategies ensuring data integrity and system compatibility.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements define project scope and ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and postmigration.
- Document technical specifications migration plans and operational procedures.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Qualifications
