Job Description
Mammography Technologist
Our client has been serving their community for over one hundred years and is one of the largest major public health systems. We are looking for a qualified Mammography Technologist who want to make a difference in their community.
The Position: Our client is looking for a Mammography Technologist and offers the following benefits:
- Salary: $33.60/hr. $50.40/hr. (Based on Experience)
- Additional Shift Differential: $5.50/hr.

Requirements:
- 1 year of Relevant Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Related Field
- Require Basic Working Knowledge of Commonly Used Computer Applications
- Currently Licensed in the State of Florida as a Radiology Technician
- Monday Friday 7am to 3pm
Responsibilities:
- Performs diagnostic radiology imaging including routine mobile OR fluoroscopy and emergency procedures
- Complies with State and Federal regulations for radiation usage and safety
- Evaluates and determines diagnostic image quality of recorded images
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives
- Participate in staff/student orientation and training
- Provides appropriate and safe patient care. Works positively with all customers to promote employer patient and physician satisfaction
- May transport nonnarcotic medications as directed
- Required to participate in on call rotation as determined per specific department needs
