2Resove lift critical issues and support to clear the shut downs
3Prepare and Circulate OPI / TIPS/CI based on issues.
4Support to arrange alternative spares & nonSupriya spares.
5Analyse the callback Service done and other parameters and conduct Service performance review meeting with PPT presentation.
6Conduct lift survey for NonSupriya Equipments and give clearance for acquisition.
7Attend customer meeting along with branch people for technical support.
8Monitor the call back SD & LSD on daily basis
9Preparation of Electrical drawing as and when required.
10Other routines as required by Management time to time.
