We are looking for an Executive Director with experience in Independent Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. We are looking for people who are committed to providing extraordinary care and support. If you have a fundamental belief that caring for our seniors is a privilege then we are aligned!
Job Requirements
- 25 years as an Executive Director in Independent Living Assisted Living/Memory Care
- Excellent knowledge of the state regulations
- Proven survey history
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Exceptional leadership skills
- If your state requires a license for this role you will need to have a current license in good standing
