Job Description

Waterville Elementary School seeks a math and literacy interventionist for our intermediate grades who will be responsible for working with small groups both for push in and pull out services. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Knowledge of research based best practices guide teachers to collect and analyze data and develop action plans in response to determined student needs. Knowledge of the Common Core. Experience in or knowledge of a Professional Learning Community. Knowledge of best practices regarding student management protocols. Knowledge of assessments and use of data to inform instruction. Evidence of integrating technology into the learning environment. Evidence of strong connection with students and families. Deep knowledge of reading writing and literacy math number theory. Prior experience with Bridges Intervention Wilson Orton Gillingham Fountas and Pinnel and ARC Core is preferred. This position will also be responsible for helping PLC teams write ESTs and facilitate meetings and manage assessment provides a generous compensation and benefit package. EOE
