The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Payment Strategy & Operations (Q/H) you will complete the QCard and HSN Card payment strategy roadmap and provide performance insights based on historical and predictive analytics from internal and external sources. You will support strategies for longterm customer loyalty to the QVC Group through acquisition growth and retention. The role will have a direct impact on our Private Label Credit Card (PLCC).
You will be hybridremote 46xs a month in our West Chester PA office.

Your Impact
Provide reporting insights and trend analysis to main internal and external partners to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities within each PLCC program to guide cardholder acquisition increase existing customer spend and reactivate lapsed customers to the QVC and HSN brands
Develop analytics that ensure factbased business cases and recommendations for marketing campaigns and projects (through selfaccessing data/reports plus using data/reports from Data Science Consumer Insights Planning Synchrony Bank and other main partners)
Identify and recommend creative solutions to solve PLCC performance gaps
Monitor trends in PLCC programs/campaigns across all channels (such as conversion customer journey flows errors friction within the checkout flow complaints etc. to resolve to ensure overall sales/Return on investment are protected and optimized
Implement adhoc project requests such as efficiency improvement opportunities between QVC/HSN internal data sources and Synchrony data sources (with Data Share and other processes)
What You Bring
3 years experience supporting Acquisition and Lifecycle marketing (mass and targeted marketing)
3 years experience deriving and apply insights from research and analysis
3 years experience developing short and long term plans/roadmaps for Finance or Marketing leadership
Experience in retail/consumer goods environment
Experience in a consumer insights function
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
