Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Communications English Journalism Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of relevant experience such as business writing experience in sales support proposal generation marketing communications publishing or print media
- Less than three years of management experience
- Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills and ability to write accurately about a topic or concept immediately after introduction
- Ability to manage the process of developing planning and managing proposal content and approaches for assigned business lines and delegate work to staff
- Ability to quickly assimilate new information regarding specific product and technical topics
- Ability to communicate effectively on unfamiliar topics to elicit technical and program information necessary to answer client questions
- Ability to take lead role in interacting with a variety of people in all areas of the organization from technical to executive staff
- Possesses technical skills to adapt to and quickly gain proficiency in new software and proposal tools used by the team including graphics packages and image design
- Strong organizational and project/time management skills and an eye for presentation and details
- Experience in developing and delivering training to staff preferred
- Ability to manage routine administrative tasks
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Location
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means theres an inoffice expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98175.00 $115500.00 $127050.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
