What Youll Be Doing:
Design innovative technical solutions that align with company goals.
Research patents and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Build and test prototypes to ensure technical feasibility and customer value.
Collaborate with Business Designers Engineering Managers and global teams to integrate solutions into scalable business models.
Conduct market research to discover unmet needs and emerging trends.
Present technical strategies and innovation ideas to senior management customers and partners.
Identify and address technical operational and commercial risks early in the process.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience designing and implementing innovative technical solutions.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data market trends and customer behaviors.
Creative thinker with a proactive problemsolving mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer and management engagement.
Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of how innovation drives sustainable growth.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with AI software design thinking lean startup principles or IP strategy.
Experience with electronics or a related technical field.
Successfully led or contributed to innovation projects resulting in measurable business impact.
