Job Description
Join a highly skilled dynamic group of APPs in the outpatient clinic in our Hematology Blood & Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapies department at the Parnassus campus of UCSF Health. Our acclaimed program draws patients from around the world seeking effective and innovative therapies to treat their underlying blood disorders or blood cancers. Our patient population includes those receiving chemotherapy stem cell transplants or cellular therapies for the treatment of hematologic malignancies.
In this position the NP would work in the outpatient clinic 4 days a week for 10 hours a shift. They will primarily act as an independent billing provider seeing followup visits and hospital discharges. There may be opportunities to incorporate new patient referrals and survivorship visits into your day. The NP will have the opportunity to learn and perform various procedures including bone marrow biopsies and lumber punctures.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $95.69 $124.10 (Hourly Rate).

UCSF Medical Center and Campus requires certain healthcare providers to be credentialed. In most cases this is done through its Office of Medical Affairs & Governance (OMAG) prior to the first working day. Credentialing and approval of the Standardized Procedures takes between 6090 days but can vary.
