Job Description
Join Weyerhaeuser Cottage Grove Lumber! We are growing our team and have immediate openings for Entry Level Production positions. We are seeking individuals who are committed to safety have a positive attitude excellent work ethic and a desire to work in a manufacturing environment.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work in the U.S.
- Must hold a high school diploma or GED
- Must attach a current resume to the application
- Must be available to work all shifts no exceptions including nights and weekends
- Must successfully complete a preemployment physical drug screen and background check

Successful candidates need to be able to:
- Have 100 commitment to safety rules and polices
- Take pride in their work be motivated and be able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Have good communication
- Be willing to wear all required PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Have good attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Work in a team setting and accept accountability for a teams results
- Have one or more years of manufacturing or industrial clean up experience preferred but not required
- Lift 250 pounds climb stairs and ladders work in extreme temperatures and in dusty and noisy conditions
