Required Qualifications
Current active and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Proven excellent diagnostic care collaboration treatment planning and shortterm counseling skills leveraging evidencebased methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing problem solving therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills
Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery
Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
Techsavvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms
Demonstrated understanding of insurance Medicaid Medicare billing requirements
Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills
Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
Education
Completed Masters degree program from an accredited College or University.
Current active and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$29.10 $62.32This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
