Job Description
Manage multiline commercial property and selfinsurance programs in coordination with the State of Montana RMTD including property general liability cyber/information security vehicles international travel fine art and professional liability for interns. Ensure compliance with insurance financial reporting and claims management rules and regulations. Special event insurance program. Provide annual risk exposure and mitigation reporting as part of the Property Loss Management Program PLMP . WC and SAW / RTW programs. Certificates of Insurance COI : Issue and collect from relevant parties. Perform contract review for risk management and insurance as well as optimal balance of risk retention and risk transfer. Lead and assist in MSU Policy Development related to risk management. Serve on university campus and other committees/teams to provide risk management consultation and perspective as well as contribute to policy development. Function as a role model for customer service and continuous quality improvement.
Physical Demands
Approximately 80 of time is spent sitting with some reaching occasional bending twisting and lifting loads not more than 45 lbs. for up to 50 feet.
