Job Description
CompQsoft is seeking Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Cyber Capability Developer SME / Senior) to support cyber operations within the FBIs Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) Watch Floor. This role focuses on designing developing and automating secure cyber capabilities that enable realtime threat detection and rapid incident response.

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) with SCI Eligibility
Job Type: FullTime May include rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom cyber tools and automation workflows
Implement and manage DevSecOps pipelines and infrastructureascode
Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts and engineers to meet mission needs
Integrate with SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g. Splunk Microsoft Sentinel)
Support the operational readiness of cyber defense systems
Required Qualifications
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Strong programming skills (e.g. Python Java Go)
Expertise in CI/CD configuration management and secure software development
Experience supporting cybersecurity operations or SOC teams
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS Azure) and automation tools (Terraform Ansible etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in federal cyber defense or intelligence operations
SIEM/SOAR integration and automation experience
Secure coding best practices and DevSecOps architecture knowledge
