Job Responsibilities

• Work intermittently in cold and/or warm damp environments.
• Must be able to work in a selfdirected environment.
• Be able to manage a work schedule which is subject to change.
• Lift and dump 50 lb bags of ingredients into the various additive tanks as well as managing the inventory of the mentioned ingredients other ingredients and cleaning materials.
• Maintain an exemplary standard of housekeeping which may include maneuvering yourself into tight spaces i.e. under behind on top of and/or in between vessels.
• Sterilize spread and/or remove brewing ingredients from the tanks. This requires the operator to crawl through a tank manway onto a slippery surface to complete the various tasks in this process.
• Good decisionmaking skills based on the feedback from information provided by the PLC interface and other related information.
• Record process data.
• Perform process quality control checks.
• Execute industrial cleaning and sanitation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be of Legal Drinking Age
• Engage in physical activities and manual labor as requested including but not limited to : prolonged standing walking lifting pushing twisting pulling and bending.
• Lift object up to 50 lbs.
• Work in an enclosed environment.
• Climb a ladder/stair.
• Work on slippery floor.
• Lift object higher than the shoulders.
• Operate a motorized equipment.
• Exposure to noise.
• Exposure to vibration.
• Participate in the hearing conservation program.
• Ability to wear all PPE as required: including safety shoes glasses bump cap (plastic insert) hearing protection (jewelry must be taken off)
• Able to work shift work (Day afternoons and midnights)
