Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Analyze loan documents and address processing requirements to accept new and endorsed PF agreements within individual approval limit to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
2. Reconcile distribution of loan proceeds to ensure appropriate and timely distribution of funds.
3. Complete post acceptance policy verifications with Carriers as part of additional fraud prevention efforts to help reduce collateral losses.
4. Complete welcome calls direct with insureds as part of additional fraud prevention efforts to help reduce collateral losses.
5. Resolve contract discrepancies by collaborating with the Agent AFCO Marketing and Sales Team.
6. Monitor and ensure timely and thorough completion of open loan processing items.
7. Monitor and manage draft check payments to retail agent clients to ensure appropriate and timely distribution of funds.
8. Identify evaluate and submit/post account adjustments and refunds to accounts.
9. Communicate with management and client facing sales representatives to provide updates on loan acceptance and funding information or potential situations which may delay loan funding.
10. Review and approve loan documents prior to booking assist in workload distribution and team support while working higherdollar volume and more complex loan transactions.
11. Work in a capacity to mentor and train other PF Processing Analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Two years of related experience
3. Detail oriented team player
4. Ability to excel in a fastpaced environment
5. Ability to multitask and stay organized
6. Ability to execute sound judgment and escalate issues accordingly
7. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
8. Strong communication and customer service skills
9. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education and related training
2. Two year of loan processing and/or Premium Finance industry
3. Insurance or financial services experience
The annual base salary for this position is $60000.
