Were looking for a Paris Jordan Store Marketing Specialist responsible for supporting retail vision and enabling the of the Jordan Brand within the marketplace.
This person should have a background in marketing and retail marketing/brand have analytical acumen along with an understanding of the Paris consumer and communities as well as a marketing products and services within physical retail environments. The role requires a consumer centric approach to execute strategy and retail ready direction aligned with the City/EMEA strategy. The candidate should also posses digital acumen informing decisions connected to the Jordan digital ecosystem. The role requires critical and analytical thinking creativity and collaboration across all Global geography and city partners.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role is responsible for executing seasonal plans and direction that power the marketplace while being analytical and resultsoriented. This role is responsible to execute end to end retail with a sharp point on Jordan Concept store format evolution supporting Partners community doors as well as seasonal strategy that fuels both of those formats. Additional responsibilities include executing store training and new ideas that empower store associates to provide bestinclass service.
The candidate will execute brand marketing strategy helping to drive the evolution of Jordan & Partners stores including growth within Nike store formats across the Paris marketplace. The role will enable O2O marketing plans focused on consumer journeys that prioritize Brand initatives across the store fleet. The work will be grounded in insights and learnings to inform briefs and plans centered on key KPIS including consumer trends traffic engagement and conversion. The role will be instrumental in executing and informing new capabiliites tied to the Digital ecosystem enabling new methods of consumer engagement.
The candidate should stay current on lastest retail trends industry best practices and Paris consumers needs.
This role will report to the EMEA Jordan Stores Marketing Director dotted line to Paris Jordan Marketing Director. The candidate will work cross functionally across Jordan Global Geography and City partners. The role will work with Jordan Marketplace Brand Marketing Consumer Direct Marketing and Brand Creative teams.
