Job Description

*Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry including extensive knowledge of framing drywall masonryheavy equipment fundamentals project management concrete plumbing electricity and blueprint reading* Must meet industry qualifications hold industry credentials and local requirements to complete construction projects and operate heavy equipment * Building Technology teaching license preferred or ability to obtain * A proven genuine interest in high school level students* Willingness to work closely with academic teachers to meet student needs* Strong communication skills and an ability to relate well with students staff parents and the community* Bus driver CDL license preferred or ability to obtain* Must complete BCI/FBI and drug test
