About the Position

As a caf allrounder youll need to be able to work in a fastpaced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner whilst handling all transactions with our POS system. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with hygiene standards whilst assisting with all front of house and back of house procedures.

You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks:

• Serve all customers in a timely efficient and courteous manner.
• Handle all payments according to procedure and guidelines.
• Keep all work areas (interior and exterior) clean and tidy at all times and maintain clean equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Basic food preparation and coffee making.

*Please note that our caf operates from 6am so you must be available to start early mornings to be considered for this position

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a caf.
• Experience with making coffee is preferred
• Passion for serving customers in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
• Knowledge of busy food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work great in a team environment
