Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast affordable broadband to a wide range of customers including consumers businesses government agencies and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for developing implementing and optimizing marketing automation strategies and tactics across our marketing technology stack. This role will be crucial in creating repeatable scalable programs that empower internal marketing teams to execute effective campaigns through our marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into userfriendly processes for diverse marketing teams.

You have a proven track record of implementing and optimizing marketing automation solutions in enterprise environments. Your technical skills are matched by your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. * Design and implement advanced marketing automation workflows and programs across in our tech stack
* Create comprehensive documentation and training materials to enable internal marketing teams to effectively utilize our marketing technologies
* Develop and maintain best practices for marketing automation ensuring consistency and efficiency across global marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency
* Analyze marketing automation performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
* Stay current with emerging marketing technologies and industry trends recommending and implementing new tools as appropriate
* Lead the integration of marketing automation with other systems (e.g. CRM analytics tools) to ensure seamless data flow and reporting
* Mentor and train team members on marketing automation best practices and new capabilities

Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.



5 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

5 years of professional experience with marketing automation tools/systems such as Marketo Adobe Experience Manager Salesforce etc
5 years of relevant experience in marketing or advertising especially in the digital media space
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience and understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies for acquisition and engagement
Experience with CRM segmentation and/or personalization
Experience with lead management best practices including scoring and grading
Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fastmoving dynamic environment
Experience working crossfunctionally across Sales Product Management Marketing PR Design and Legal

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
