Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the development and success of software products or features. The role formulates strategies and meticulous software plans for organizations platforms and technologies. The role recruits motivates mentors coaches develops and retains a highperforming team of product managers and product marketers.
Responsibilities
Plays a leadership role and drives the progress of the product management function.
Leads crossfunctional teams through agile development processes including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
Monitors competitive market to determine client needs for certain product improvements.
Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
Recommends product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholders needs.
Collaborates with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.
Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.
Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop gotomarket strategies product launch plans and marketing collateral.
Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience preferably with the implementation of large projects.
Education & Experience Recommended
Fouryear or Graduate Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10 years of work experience preferably in product management digital or software product development or a related field.
