Responsibilities
What Youll Do
As a Field Operations Manager your key responsibilities may include:
Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to security team members in customer service compliance and quality assurance procedures.
Team Leadership: Monitor mentor and manage staff performance including attendance disciplinary actions and appraisals.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist HR and Senior Operations Managers in hiring training onboarding and if necessary terminations.
Incident Response: Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations promptly and professionally.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and maintain reports on incidents personnel activity and account trends.
Flexible Schedule: Adapt to business needs including weekend availability.
Other duties as assigned to support the success of Marksman Titan Security operations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager Security Lead Supervisor or a related customer service leadership role (e.g. retail or hospitality).
- Valid drivers license in good standing.
- Ability to pass a preemployment drug screening and background check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook etc..
- Ability to lift 75 lbs conduct foot patrols climb stairs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong English communication skills (reading writing speaking and understanding).
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
