We are currently seeking a dynamic new team member for New Holland Ag Inside Sales. Inside Sales is the tip of the spear for New Hollands efforts to bring an enhanced form of sales support to our network of dealers in U.S. We are looking for someone who is passionate about this industry and are enthusiastic about crafting strong dealer relationships.

In this role you will support an assigned region (comprised of select territories) with business and sales analytics. You will also be responsible to engage and support via phone and electronic communication your assigned territory of New Holland dealers remotely providing them with business planning mentorship and commercial support to achieve wholesale retail and inventory goals. You will need excellent communication skills financial competence and have the ability to quickly engage dealers to establish relationships.

Responsibilities

Within your assigned territory (or within your territory of responsibility) you will

  • Partner with the dealers using industry outlook and historical reporting to develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve market share growth ensure adequate levels of dealer inventory and coordinate promotion of the New Holland brand.
  • Be accountable for accurate retail forecast planning.

Supporting your assigned sales region you will

  • Support to achieve wholesale retail and inventory targets with accurate and complete business and sales analytics and reporting.
  • Act as liaison between Pricing/ Programming to support the strategic business plan.
  • Verify report and process special programs.
  • Support trade shows and events as needed.
  • Support training of new hires as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; OR
  • Associates degree with 3 years of work experience in a sales and/or leadership capacity; OR
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience with 5 years of work experience in a sales and/or leadership capacity
  • 2 years of experience in a Marketing or Communications Sales Demand Planning Pricing or Product Specialist related position
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25

The annual salary for this role is $80000 $107000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill experience and qualification for the role.
