Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack FrontEnd Developer to lead the development and maintenance of our cuttingedge applications built on the MERN (MongoDB React stack.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
FrontEnd Development Excellence:
- Lead fullstack web development projects with a primary focus on the MERN stack bringing at least 3 years of team leadership experience.
- Expert in JavaScript (ES6 React and MongoDB.
- Develop and maintain dynamic responsive user interfaces using .
- Build scalable and reusable UI components aligned with established design systems.
- Leverage Tailwind CSS for fast efficient styling while maintaining consistency.
- Convert UX/UI designs and wireframes into pixelperfect highquality code.
- Prioritize user experience to ensure intuitive and engaging interfaces.
Full Stack Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components via RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions.
Code Quality and Best Practices:
- Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code that follows best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Implement unit and integration tests to maintain high code reliability.
- Optimize frontend performance for speed and efficiency.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
- Work crossfunctionally with designers product managers and other stakeholders to deliver highquality products.
- Actively engage in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders fostering a collaborative work environment.
Staying Current:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development and the MERN stack.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and technical knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on .
- Proven experience in building and implementing design systems.
- Expertise in Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles with the ability to translate designs into functional interfaces.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
