Position Summary

Aetna is recruiting for a Project and Product Manager to work in Stop Loss who is responsible for driving internal projects and product capabilities from initiation through completion. This person will collaborate and communicate across the underwriting actuarial finance product sales account management and marketing teams to execute projects and initiatives.

  • Representing the intentions priorities and voice of Stop Loss in facilitating the of projects. Able to voice recommendations and facilitate decisions on behalf of the organization.
  • Leads the and development of business cases tied to Stop Loss and champions them across the enterprise. Collaborates with business partners including finance product and marketing to ensure any potential risks are identified and minimized.
  • Coordinating all communication and training needs of new capabilities

  • Cataloging a Stop Loss product strategy outline key objectives detail prioritized initiatives and organize a roadmap.
  • Working with crossfunctional partners like Sales to prepare and maintain product enhancements priority list.
  • Aggregate customer member and broker/consultant feedback and regulatory changes to enable leadership to consider potential impacts to product strategy.


Required Qualifications

    7 years work experience

    Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

    Adept at collaboration and teamwork

    Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

    Adept at and delivery (planning delivering and supporting) skills



    Preferred Qualifications
    Product Management Experience

    Experience managing capital projects

    Education Bachelors degree (Required)

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $82940.00 $182549.00


    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
