Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Information Technology industry with extensive experience in software integration configuration management build/release management application support DevOps and environment : Proven experience in managing teams of engineers including overseeing performance appraisals handling escalations and driving team productivity and Expertise: Strong knowledge of software configuration management (SCM) version control tools (GitHub Bitbucket) and build/release management tools such as Bamboo Artifactory and Integration: Expertise in endtoend system integration especially in environments involving MQ CIM CD and APIc with experience managing integration across multiple upstream and downstream Environments: Handson experience with Mainframe and Unixbased build and test environments ensuring seamless application management across Indepth understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience in managing iterative development cycles and promoting best practices for software & Compliance: Strong experience in managing secured environments including the use of SSL certificates and ensuring adherence to security best & Technologies: Proficiency in tools like Jira Confluence Bitbucket and Endevor with experience in configuring and managing complex & Documentation: Excellent communication and documentation skills ensuring that all processes configurations and systems are clearly outlined and easily accessible for all & Compliance: Active experience in participating in both internal and client audits ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and Optimization: Ability to identify and implement system modifications to optimize performance and improve overall system efficiency.
