- Manage end to end customer product and service processes and control environments.
- Help NABs customers and NAB transition to Net Zero by managing the delivery of sustainable finance and green initiatives

As an Associate Director you will
- Supporting the delivery of several exciting projects to help support NAB customers mitigate climate risk lower emissions and improve operational efficiency.
- Product development Responsible for enhancing and developing new sustainable finance value propositions for customers and colleagues.
- Product growth Responsible for developing strategies to boost product uptake including supporting bankers with prospects and existing client discussions.
- Product management BAU Supporting bankers on green product related enquiries hygiene and maintenance of product frameworks and controls reporting and monitoring.
- Project Management Responsible for developing detailed project schedules to ensure key projects are delivered within a controlled manner.
- Project Communications Management Provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies deliverables and issues and to measure and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Risk Management Project level risk and issue management and resolution including escalation as required. Manage overall risk and issue assessment planning and impact analysis for the project.
What you will bring:
- Strong experience in business and product strategy including growth strategy gotomarket and product design/ development.
- A solid understanding of project management and processes across the project lifecycle.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes within a matrix organisation.
- Ability to be a natural problem solver while working in a changing environment that is highly regulated.
- Proven ability to form Business relationships both internal and external as well as building appropriate networks internally and externally.
- Experience in Sustainable Finance and Frameworks (desired)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired)
