F22 DevSecOps Software Engineer (Associate or Experienced)

The Boeing Company is looking for F22 DevSecOps Software Engineers (Associate or Experienced) to join the F22 Missions Systems Software group to support the continued modernization of the software development environment located in Berkeley Missouri. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) business organization.

A successful candidate will leverage experience to continue modernization of the current F22 Mission System Software development includes CI/CD pipeline test automation containerization and moving onprem development environment to a cloudbased environment.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Associate and Experienced Level DevSecOps Software Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with the development documentation and maintenance of development environment

• Work in Agile development environment

• Continual research development and support of tools scripts and code to enhance the software development test and build environments

• Initiate tools to automate required documentation metrics and reports

• Coordinate with security partnering teams and our customer

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance and program clearance (poststart) for which the US Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Ability to obtain program access for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only

• Experience in Agile development environment

• Experience with version control tools such as Git Bitbucket etc.

• 2 full time years of experience in application development

• 2 years experience with at least two high level languages such as Python Perl Rust Java C# Bash or C/C

• Experience with desktop and server operating systems

• Development experience on Linux and Windows platforms

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Computer Engineering Software Engineering Computer Science or other technical degree

• Excellent organizational verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with containers

• Experience with software development environments

• Experience with Jira Jenkins GitLab Artifactory or other CI/CD pipeline tools

• Proven analysis and problemsolving skills

• Ability to push through blockers find different solutions e.g. when faced with blockers

Summary pay range for Associate: $85000.00 $115000.00

Summary pay range for Experienced: $104550.00 $141450.00
