To support the continued growth of our Corporate practice in Australia we now also have an opportunity for an Associate to join our team in Melbourne.
You will support on domestic and crossborder transactions working for some of the worlds most prominent businesses advising clients on M&A (both private and public) private equity equity capital markets joint ventures corporate restructurings corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
You will be an important contributor to the success of the Corporate team working closely with teams across the global firm on key client mandates and our sector priorities.

We support our clients through leveraging our global network and local connections to provide seamless and comprehensive support on complex domestic and crossborder corporate transactions.

Candidate Profile

You will need to be an Australianqualified lawyer with 24 years postqualification experience gained principally in private practice along with thefollowing skills and attributes:
