Job Description

About the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator will be an entrylevel position working across Food52 Schoolhouse and Dansk supporting the Performance Marketing team in executing paid media and affiliate marketing initiatives. This role will involve assisting in the planning and optimization of campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with an interest in performance marketing paid media and affiliate channels eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced dynamic environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build foundational skills in digital marketing across multiple brands.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support
    • Assist in the of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Facebook Instagram Pinterest and TikTok ensuring all assets and creatives are live and running smoothly.
    • Help manage affiliate marketing programs contributing to campaign setup partner outreach content asset distribution and ensuring affiliates have the necessary materials to execute campaigns effectively.
    • Support the tracking and monitoring of campaign performance ensuring campaigns are aligned with KPIs and providing updates on campaign progress. For example ensuring paid assets are live across all platforms and making timely adjustments when needed.
    • Coordinate with the broader team to ensure timely reporting on key metrics such as CPA ROAS conversion rates and affiliate revenue.
  • Creative and Content Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to ensure ad creatives and affiliate assets meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
    • Assist in the development of visual decks for content planning and support the creation of seasonal campaign strategies product decks and marketing calendars.
    • Ensure assets are updated and organized making sure teams have access to the most current content to use in campaigns.
  • Market Research and Insights
    • Compile market research competitor analyses and consumer trend data to support campaign strategies and help identify areas for optimization.
    • Stay informed about trends in paid media affiliate marketing and the food home and lifestyle industries to help identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
  • Crossfunctional Communication
    • Help coordinate timelines deliverables and resources across teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with brand goals.
    • Assist in maintaining clear communication between the Performance Marketing team and other internal departments to ensure campaigns run smoothly and assets are available when needed.
  • Program Support and Optimization
    • Track and optimize paid media and affiliate campaigns helping to ensure they are delivering strong results and adhering to KPIs.
    • Provide administrative support for campaign including ensuring budgets are maintained marketing materials are up to date and all assets are ready to go live as planned.
    • Troubleshoot campaign issues as they arise ensuring that ads are running smoothly and are aligned with overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in a marketing coordination role or a related entrylevel position
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing advertising communications or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing social media marketing and content marketing with a particular interest in paid media and affiliate marketing.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Ads Manager) to analyze campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A passion for food home and lifestyle content is a plus.

COMPENSATION

This is an exempt role.

The target pay range for this role is between 50k 65k

This role is eligible for a bonus.
